About the role
- Perform due diligence reviews and verify information to ensure compliance with policy.
- Verify case details, audit reports/videos, and ensure billing accuracy
- Own case tasks end-to-end: review, assign, chase progress, and close with flawless execution
- Deliver pro-level client & investigator communication via email and phone
- Master our case management system—notes, deadlines, data, everything in one place
- Jump on quality control, daily dashboards, and urgent follow-ups
- Support teammates, provide input, and help shape better processes
- Thrive in a fluid workflow where new clients and priorities keep things fresh
- Assist with special projects identified by the Director
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age – unless otherwise stated by State Licensure Laws
- Must pass background check
- Must pass a clean driving record
- Must be willing and eligible to obtain investigator licensing within your home state
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and quickly
- Handle confidential info like a pro
- Enjoy variety: admin + strategy + detective work
- Comfortable with technology and learning new concepts
- Stay organized, detail-obsessed, and adaptable
- Crush it in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments
