Lead end-to-end execution of commercial operations initiatives, including defining scope, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and risk management.
Drive PMO governance by standardizing methodologies, tools, reporting, and project tracking across the organization.
Manage and prioritize a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives aligned to business objectives and commercial strategy.
Lead projects across CRM implementation and optimization, sales process improvement, pricing and quoting (CPQ), forecasting, pipeline management, and go-to-market execution.
Partner closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment through regular communication, project updates, and executive-level reporting.
Drive change management and adoption of new tools, processes, and systems across the organization.
Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve performance and operational effectiveness.
Establish and track KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to measure project success, business impact, and adoption.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
10+ years of experience in project management, program management, PMO, or commercial operations.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification required.
Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives within commercial or sales operations environments.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and commercial business tools.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement, manage stakeholders, and deliver measurable results.
