About the role

  • Participate in the functional and technical design of the onboarding platform based on PEGA
  • Design and optimize client onboarding journeys (KYC, document collection, e-signature, approvals)
  • Develop and configure PEGA components (Case Lifecycle, flows, rules, Data Pages, Data Transforms)
  • Implement PEGA user interfaces (UI / Constellation)
  • Integrate the PEGA solution with the existing banking information system (REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka, SSO, OAuth2, IAM)
  • Contribute to the setup and optimization of CI/CD pipelines (build, packaging, deployment)
  • Ensure testing, user acceptance (UAT) and production deployment phases
  • Ensure the quality, performance and compliance of the solution with PEGA best practices
  • Write and maintain technical documentation and project standards
  • Collaborate closely with business teams, architects, DevOps and QA
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint reviews, retrospectives)
  • Act as the PEGA technical lead for the client onboarding scope
  • Participate in Delta’s development tribe; support and manage Delta development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in PEGA development and configuration
  • Proficient with PEGA 8.x / Infinity (versions 23/24)
  • Experience in banking, financial services or asset/fund management
  • Implement advanced system integrations (REST, SOAP, Kafka, security)
  • Understanding of regulatory and business constraints related to client onboarding
  • Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Degree in computer science or a related field
  • Fluency in French and English required; additional language is a plus
