About the role

  • Gather, analyze and challenge business requirements (Retail, Corporate Banking, Payments, Lending, etc.)
  • Write detailed functional specifications related to Temenos T24
  • Lead the activities of Business Analysts and functional consultants
  • Ensure overall functional coherence of the T24 system
  • Participate in functional configuration (products, accounts, business rules)
  • Work closely with technical teams, architects and integrators
  • Contribute to testing phases (SIT, UAT) and business validation
  • Identify and analyze functional impacts in the context of changes or migrations (e.g., T24 / R24 upgrades)
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of business processes and systems
  • Participate in Delta's development tribe, supporting and managing Delta's development initiatives
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert to support colleagues when specialized expertise is required.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in Temenos T24 (required)
  • Strong knowledge of banking processes (accounts, payments, lending/credits, etc.)
  • Ability to lead functional activities and manage a team
  • Analyze requirements and produce high-quality functional specifications
  • Proven experience working effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Understand IT challenges and interact effectively with technical teams
  • Degree in computer science, management, economics or equivalent
  • French and English required; additional languages are a plus
