About the role
- **Project Management & Coordination**
- Ensure overall coordination of digitalization projects (planning, budget, risks, scope)
- Update project tracking and reporting tools
- Coordinate all stakeholders (technical teams, business units, construction partners)
- Organize and lead project meetings and steering committees
- Produce meeting minutes and ensure traceability of decisions
- Ensure scope compliance and escalate in case of deviation
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for Executive Management
- **Technical Expertise & Sourcing**
- Identify and propose experts for projects requiring specific skills
- Provide expertise on building technological infrastructures (telecom, IoT, home/building automation, network security)
- Contribute to the definition of technical architectures
- Monitor innovative hospital solutions and maintain technological watch
- **Specifications & Documentation**
- Participate in writing technical and functional specifications
- Contribute to the preparation of technical statements of work / tender specifications
- Define technical and application data flows
- Document architecture choices and technical standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in technology/IT project management (minimum 5 years)
- Demonstrated experience in:
- Coordinating large-scale digitalization projects
- Managing multiple projects and executive-level reporting
- Leading meetings and steering committees
- Writing technical specifications
- Managing stakeholders in a complex environment
- Technical expertise in at least one of the following areas:
- Telecommunications (wired networks, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, BLE)
- Telephony (DECT, 5G, call center)
- Unified Communications
- Network Security
- Medical-technical systems / IoT
- Home/building automation / Building Management Systems (BMS/BAS)
- Robotics
- Experience in the healthcare sector or on construction projects is highly valued
- Minimum Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Information Technologies
- French and English mandatory (written and spoken)
- German is highly valued (frequent interactions with construction stakeholders)
