About the role

  • Project governance & AMOA
  • Ensure overall project governance (schedule, budget, risks, scope)
  • Update project tracking and reporting tools
  • Coordinate all stakeholders (technical teams, business users, partners)
  • Organize and lead project meetings and steering committees
  • Draft meeting minutes and ensure traceability of decisions
  • Monitor scope compliance and raise alerts in case of deviations
  • Functional analysis
  • Facilitate business workshops
  • Gather, analyze, and formalize functional requirements
  • Write and maintain functional specifications
  • Design and update UI mockups
  • Define functional and application flows
  • Quality & testing
  • Define the test strategy and test plans
  • Participate in executing tests across environments
  • Support users during user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Participate in the Delta development tribe

Requirements

  • Proven experience in functional analysis
  • Demonstrated experience in:
  • Gathering and formalizing business requirements
  • Process modeling (BPMN or equivalent)
  • Writing detailed functional specifications
  • Designing functional mockups (UI)
  • Defining application flows and messages
  • Working on custom application projects
  • Minimum Bac+4 degree (equivalent to a four-year university degree) in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • English and French are mandatory; an additional language is an advantage
