About the role

  • Provide onsite and offsite support as needed
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows 11 workstations
  • Participate in deployment and migration projects
  • Use MECM tools (SCCM & Intune)
  • Provide advanced technical support to users
  • Participate in Delta's development tribe
  • Support and manage Delta development initiatives
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert to support colleagues when expert knowledge is required.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Windows 11
  • Strong command of MECM (SCCM & Intune)
  • Versatility and adaptability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Service-oriented with good communication skills
  • Hold a degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • French and English are required; an additional language is an advantage.
