About the role

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows 11 workstations
  • Provide Level 3 technical support
  • Participate in workstation projects: deployments, migrations, and integrations
  • Administer and operate MECM tools (SCCM & Intune)
  • Assist users and ensure continuity of service
  • Contribute to Delta's development tribe/team
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert to support colleagues

Requirements

  • Excellent command of Windows 11
  • Strong knowledge of MECM (SCCM & Intune)
  • Proven experience in desktop/workstation support
  • Ability to resolve complex incidents
  • Good interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Hold a degree in computer science or a related field
  • Fluent in English and French required; additional language(s) are a plus
