About the role
- Uphold expected service delivery through active engagement and coaching of branch staff.
- Maintain service flow in branch environment by being active on the floor with staff.
- Coach/counsel staff regularly and effectively document the sessions to assist with their daily growth and improve sales performance.
- Partner with the branch manager to develop a market specific business plan.
- Assist the branch manager in the completion of performance appraisals.
- Provide feedback to the branch manager on process improvements that can improve the member and employee experience.
- Attend or participate in necessary compliance training, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC and Privacy.
Requirements
- College degree preferred/or related work experience, retail experience preferred.
- Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership ability and supervisory skills.
- Aptitude for effective employee development.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to assess needs and implement plans.
- Ability to work with confidential information.
- Professional in attitude and appearance.
