About the role

  • Lead, evolve, and scale Talent Acquisition function
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Team and Department Heads
  • Design systems, elevate leaders, and translate business strategy into a scalable Talent roadmap
  • Build and scale a high-performing hiring engine
  • Establish clear growth paths and succession pipelines
  • Lead workforce planning and advise on talent and leadership implications of growth decisions
  • Partner with Leadership in the evolution and strengthening of company-wide performance system
  • Build and lead a high-impact People team with clear accountability, strong capabilities, and a culture of operational excellence
  • Embed DelRicht’s values into every stage of the employee lifecycle

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition leadership experience
  • Proven experience building or scaling People systems in a growth-stage organization
  • Strong background in talent acquisition and hiring strategy
  • Experience partnering directly with senior executives and business leaders
  • Experience starting as a recruiter and growing into a Talent Acquisition leadership role, with a deep understanding of the day-to-day realities of recruiting
  • Healthcare, clinical research, or multi-site operations experience
  • Experience leading distributed or multi-location teams
  • Track record of building leadership development or succession programs
