About the role
- Lead, evolve, and scale Talent Acquisition function
- Serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Team and Department Heads
- Design systems, elevate leaders, and translate business strategy into a scalable Talent roadmap
- Build and scale a high-performing hiring engine
- Establish clear growth paths and succession pipelines
- Lead workforce planning and advise on talent and leadership implications of growth decisions
- Partner with Leadership in the evolution and strengthening of company-wide performance system
- Build and lead a high-impact People team with clear accountability, strong capabilities, and a culture of operational excellence
- Embed DelRicht’s values into every stage of the employee lifecycle
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition leadership experience
- Proven experience building or scaling People systems in a growth-stage organization
- Strong background in talent acquisition and hiring strategy
- Experience partnering directly with senior executives and business leaders
- Experience starting as a recruiter and growing into a Talent Acquisition leadership role, with a deep understanding of the day-to-day realities of recruiting
- Healthcare, clinical research, or multi-site operations experience
- Experience leading distributed or multi-location teams
- Track record of building leadership development or succession programs
