• Design systems, elevate leaders, and translate business strategy into a scalable People roadmap
• Talent acquisition remains a central pillar of this role
• Implement a company-wide performance system with clear scorecards and measurable outcomes that improve retention and results
• Build and lead a high-impact People team with clear accountability, strong capabilities, and a culture of operational excellence
