About the role
- Analyze and optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and support implementation.
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Support project management activities (PMO), including tracking progress and preparing reports.
- Participate in large-scale projects with leading clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst.
- Proven experience with capital markets systems and processes (securities and derivatives), as a BO systems analyst, operations professional, or trader.
- Strong ability to define requirements and work with both business and technology users.
- Experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering.
- Experience working in project environments and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Additional experience - an advantage: Experience with PMO activities or project coordination.
- Additional experience - an advantage: Background in consulting or outsourcing.
- Additional experience - an advantage: Familiarity with Excel and reporting tools.
- Additional experience - an advantage: Experience in large-scale, multi-year projects.
