About the role

  • You will join Deloitte Luxembourg’s ACG Operate Services organisation, working at the intersection of business strategy, service design, and technology enablement.
  • The team drives transversal transformation across Operate, partnering closely with business leaders, Digital Factory teams, and Central IT to shape scalable, client‑centric operating models.

Requirements

  • Diploma Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Proven experience in Business Architecture, Operating Model Design, or Business Transformation
  • Strong exposure to Funds, Asset Management, or regulated Financial Services environments
  • Experience working in complex, multi‑stakeholder and transversal transformation initiatives
  • Strategic, value‑driven, and client‑centric mindset
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to influence, align, and drive change across organisational boundaries
  • Solid understanding of how technology enables business capabilities and operating models
  • Comfortable collaborating with solution and enterprise architects (without being a technical architect)
  • Fluent in English
  • French is a strong asset in the Luxembourg Funds ecosystem.
