About the role
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex change and technology programs, ensuring outcomes across scope, timeline, budget, and quality
- Structure and manage multiple interdependent projects and workstreams, proactively handling risks and dependencies
- Establish and run robust program governance, including steering committees and executive reporting
- Act as the primary interface for senior business and technology stakeholders, aligning priorities and expectations
- Own program financials and resources, driving corrective actions when required
Requirements
- Diploma Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred), or equivalent professional experience.
- Typically 10+ years of experience in project and program delivery
- Proven track record delivering large-scale change and technology programs, ideally within financial services or the fund industry
- Strong exposure to senior stakeholder and governance forums
- Solid understanding of program and project management methodologies, tools, and delivery standards.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
