About the role

  • Engage with Cyber, SOC, and Technology stakeholders to understand operational problems and identify AI-driven solutions.
  • Translate business and operational needs into detailed, clear, and testable requirements.
  • Define success measures and key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI-enabled cybersecurity capabilities.
  • Work closely with development and engineering teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and compliance standards.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of AI solutions to ensure usability and control.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to maintain alignment.
  • Document processes, requirements, and outcomes to support governance and audit needs.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst, preferably in cybersecurity or AI-related projects
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity operations, SOC functions, and technology environments
  • Ability to translate complex operational issues into clear, actionable requirements
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in cybersecurity
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with requirements management and documentation tools
