Project Manager

• Lead cross-functional teams, providing clear direction and accountability, while fostering collaboration across technical, commercial, and operations staff
• Work collaboratively with the Project Teams to deliver the assigned project to defined cost, schedule, and quality requirements, leading to a successful handover
• Support Tender Submissions from a Project Management perspective
• Prepare schedules and monitor progress against established baselines
• Tracking and monitoring project spending and reporting variances, using Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques
• Prepare meeting packs/presentations, capturing minutes, agreed actions, updating teams and senior management
• Positively influence key stakeholders (both internal & external) associated with the project
• Ensure all project deliverables are completed in line with the schedule
• Identify potential dependencies, assumptions, risks, exceptions, opportunities (DAREO), project problems, mitigation contingencies and implement corrective actions
• Highlight where updates or escalations are required
• Play an active part in Lessons Identified process across all projects and embed a culture of continuous improvement
• Maintain established processes and develop new as required
• Manage proposed changes to project parameters – e.g. scope, budget, schedules
• Monitor the quality of project deliverables and ensure project objectives are met
• Establish effective working relationships with all key stakeholders
