About the role
- Map, prospect, pitch, and close new restaurants across Livorno, acting as an area expert who knows the local food scene and upcoming trends.
- Support new partners through the joining process, ensuring they have a seamless and positive experience as they launch on Deliveroo.
- Engage with restaurant owners via physical visits, calls, and digital channels to demonstrate our technology and help them overcome barriers to entry.
- Attend restaurant and food meet-ups to stay connected with the local industry and build a strong network of premium partners.
- Manage commercial discussions from start to finish, tailoring Deliveroo’s value proposition to meet the needs of savvy local business owners.
Requirements
- Proven experience in targeting new business with a "hunter" mindset and a drive to close deals.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to navigate complex discussions to build win-win partnerships.
- Exceptional confidence in dealing with partners face-to-face, over the phone, or via digital platforms.
- A deep interest in (or knowledge of) the restaurant and retail industry is a significant plus.
- A resilient, self-starter mindset with the drive to succeed in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced setting.
