About the role

  • Own service performance for a defined zone and drive high-impact initiatives across restaurants, delivery riders, and customers.
  • Analyze performance gaps and define clear action plans.
  • Monitor and improve service quality at both the city and zone levels.
  • Identify root causes of poor customer outcomes and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, project-driven organization, preferably at a tech startup or in management consulting.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills (Excel modeling, database analysis, interviews) and excellent command of Google Suite/Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
  • Strong communicator with solid stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
