About the role
- Manage a portfolio of Deliveroo's important grocery and retail partners, including high sales volume drivers and global grocery brands
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners
- Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support
- Work with other departments (Marketing, Operations ,Corporate, and Customer Service) to guide new plans and problem solutions
- Manipulate and analyse data to increase growth and profitability, both for your partners and for Deliveroo
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customised solutions to meet partners' needs, including Marketing, Operations, Corporate, Customer Service
- Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in commercial roles, experience in retail/FMCG, or other /high-growth companies
- Knowledge of the food retail industry
- Experience creating long-term relationships
- Must be fluent in English
- Demonstrate competency using tools and related program management applications to apply best practice
