About the role
- Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands with a focus on building lasting relationships with the network
- Monitor and analyse the performance, share with partners and identify opportunities area to improve metrics and partners' satisfactions
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions according to company goals and partners mix to increase supply quality and improve financial performance and CVP (consumer value proposition)
- Plan portfolio strategy to increase performance, financials and loyalty impacting positively both absolute metrics and relatives such as market share
- Control perimeter P&L identifying opportunities and risks
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in account management or sales.
- P&L knowledge and negotiation skills
- Experience creating long-term relationships
- Demonstrate experience using tools and related project management applications to guide best practice
- Experience in Horeca/restaurants/food Market would be a plus
- Fluency in English would be a plus
