Maintaining a standardized approach for managing projects across functions with a defined scope to achieve financial goals.
Developing and implementing operational and individual goals to develop employees and achieve productivity levels.
Managing the company’s strategic major projects and new product development portfolio.
Defining scope of work for enterprise projects in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
Providing guidance, support, and oversight to project teams to ensure focus on business goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or related field.
MBA highly desirable
10+ years experience leading large-scale cross-functional projects in operations, engineering, supply chain, IT or equivalent
Strong analytical skills with prior hands-on experience are preferred
CPG experience, with preference for Food & Beverage industry experience
PMP Certification (Project Management Professional) preferred
Lean/Continuous improvement certification preferred.
