Salary
💰 €53,802 - €53,803 per year
About the role
- As part of our QA team, you will actively shape the quality assurance of our software solutions.
- You will develop, analyze, and document software tests across our entire product range.
- Currently, testing is still carried out mainly manually — with your support we want to strategically and systematically expand our Quality Assurance area.
- In close collaboration with our developers, product management, and other QA colleagues, you will create and maintain test cases, evaluate results, and document bug reports.
- Additionally, you will support the creation of user-friendly product documentation (online help, manuals, etc.) that guides our customers through the software.
- Do you enjoy organizing? Then we look forward to your support in coordinating our biweekly build releases as well as general releases.
Requirements
- Solid technical understanding of the software domain and broad IT knowledge — ideally including .NET technologies, network technologies, and test environments
- Experience with test automation and related tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright)
- Experience with agile work methods (Scrum or Kanban)
- Basic understanding of software architectures, ideally with a focus on building testable and maintainable systems
- Structured, solution-oriented working style and decisiveness
- Strong organizational skills and sense of ownership
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- High motivation and resilience, team spirit, and flexibility.
Benefits
- A mission needs space: you’ll have one at our central Praterstern office with your own workspace, and you are welcome to work partially from home.
- Your four-legged friend is also welcome with us, in accordance with our Dog Policy.
- Last but not least, we have a relaxation room where you can clear your head and recharge your batteries.
- We are a team: we treat each other with respect. Everyone has a voice and we make sure quieter voices are heard.
- We make time for one another: monthly brunch, foosball and darts tournaments, company parties, outdoor activities, after-work events, and team-building activities.
- We know you can’t live on air and love alone, so we offer free drinks, fruit, freshly squeezed juices, a muesli bar, and a coffee lounge.
