About the role

  • As a Marketing Specialist at Delegate, you will work at the intersection of traditional marketing, social media content, employer branding, and design.
  • You independently implement ideas, bring structure to marketing processes, and enjoy developing our brand further — both online and offline.
  • Delegate offers room to learn new and exciting topics and to experiment with new technologies.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or university degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Design, or a comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Social Media Management (including content planning and execution)
  • Design skills and a good eye for layout, brand presentation, and current trends
  • Confident use of common graphic and social media tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of video editing
  • Structured, independent, and reliable working style
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
