Financial Planning and Analysis

• Approving Vendor Bills to Purchase Orders in Jobs
• Batch Posting approved Vendor Bills
• Monitor Vendor Bills for Early Pay Discount terms
• Recording Individual Credit Card or Check payments made on Bills
• Assist with resolving Vendor billing issues
• Assist in preparing Jobs for Invoicing
• Recording Payments received from Clients
• Processing Receipts Journals for Fin Mgr
• Assist in Tracking past due Invoices and collections
• Weekly recording of shipping costs on FedEx Bills to appropriate Jobs
• Daily entry of vendor invoices into Syncore
• Attach vendor invoices to the job after entry (except Sanmar and S&S Activewear)
• Retrieve and enter Sanmar invoices from the website daily
• Periodic vacation coverage for person vouching production purchase orders
• Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (USA)

Daily Finance

Client Services Representative

Ensures client services team members are meeting expectations of client.
Conducts ongoing training with both new hires and longtime employees.
Tracks and manages employee attendance.
Completes regular reviews of employee performance.
Provides coaching and mentoring to all team members who are having performance and work issues.
Collaborates with various teams and departments regarding employee and operational concerns.
Regularly reports to the Customer Success Management leadership on key team metrics such as team performance, goals, attendance, and other issues.
Performs tasks analogous to the foregoing.

Client Services Team Leader

Accountant

Prepare and post month-end journal entries and accruals.
Perform expense allocations in accordance with internal policies.
Record cash transactions and intercompany transfers in the cash sub-ledger.
Reconcile corporate bank accounts and investigate discrepancies.
Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of variances.
Track and amortize prepaid expenses.
Calculate and record commercial insurance accruals.
Prepare and submit sales tax filings for multiple states and jurisdictions.
Prepare and remit state and local income taxes in accordance with applicable deadlines.
Coordinate filing and payment of required annual reports across states.
Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and gather supporting documentation for the annual financial audit.
Support the preparation and document retrieval process for the annual bank exam.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within the general accounting function.
