About the role
- Provides additional support to the Talent Sourcing and Assessment team during bulk and seasonal hiring
- Conducts preliminary assessments of candidates and prepares related documents
- Provides additional support to the Talent Onboarding team in completing, reviewing, and approving pre-employment requirements
- Prepares summaries and reports related to this
- Provides administrative support to the Director of Talent Acquisition Operations
- Serves as the main contact for DCX interns regarding their pre- and post-internship documents and activities
- Manages Talent Acquisition Operations, data management, and reporting
- Supports process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and continuous improvement initiatives for TA Operations
- Assists in handling internal and external communication related to TA Operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, communications, social sciences, business administration, or any related field
- At least three (3) years of direct experience in talent acquisition or end-to-end human resource management
- Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage
- Excellent verbal, written, and English communication skills
- Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of ATS, like Workday and Asana, is an advantage.
