About the role

  • Provides additional support to the Talent Sourcing and Assessment team during bulk and seasonal hiring
  • Conducts preliminary assessments of candidates and prepares related documents
  • Provides additional support to the Talent Onboarding team in completing, reviewing, and approving pre-employment requirements
  • Prepares summaries and reports related to this
  • Provides administrative support to the Director of Talent Acquisition Operations
  • Serves as the main contact for DCX interns regarding their pre- and post-internship documents and activities
  • Manages Talent Acquisition Operations, data management, and reporting
  • Supports process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and continuous improvement initiatives for TA Operations
  • Assists in handling internal and external communication related to TA Operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, communications, social sciences, business administration, or any related field
  • At least three (3) years of direct experience in talent acquisition or end-to-end human resource management
  • Experience in the BPO industry is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal, written, and English communication skills
  • Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of ATS, like Workday and Asana, is an advantage.
