💰 ₱55,000 - ₱60,000 per month

About the role

  • Perform bank reconciliations, including AMEX and Visa accounts.
  • Process and manage payroll activities accurately and on time.
  • Run and review financial reports and customer reports.
  • Reconcile vendor statements against internal accounting records.
  • Record and apply customer payments.
  • Manage and calculate commissions.
  • Oversee accounts payable functions.
  • Prepare schedules, reports, and documentation for the CPA.
  • Address and resolve sales tax issues and discrepancies.
  • Troubleshoot accounting issues and system discrepancies.
  • Communicate and coordinate with vendors and employees regarding financial concerns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field.
  • 3-5 years of Accounts Receivable/Payable and/or General Accounting experience.
  • Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
  • Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
  • Proficiency in most Microsoft Office Applications, databases, and accounting software.
  • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) are a plus but not required.
