About the role

  • Change management and user support in the context of an SAP implementation: process reengineering and transformation project management
  • Support for ERP implementation (requirements gathering, facilitating design workshops, drafting high-level and detailed functional specifications, creating test plans, assisting with user acceptance testing and training, and supporting users)
  • Define and implement the change strategy: analyze change impacts, develop a tailored action plan, monitor its execution and measure its effectiveness
  • Communication and awareness: put in place effective communication activities to inform and engage employees
  • Training and support: train users on the newly implemented SAP solution and support their adoption
  • Managing resistance: identify and address resistance to change by implementing support and motivation measures
  • Pre-sales: participate in pre-sales activities; being proactive and persuasive is expected — you have experience doing this

Requirements

  • Degree from an engineering school, business school or a university program in IT/management
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as an AMOA Consultant (Business/Functional Consultant); participation in an SAP ERP project is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of business processes and ERP systems
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Autonomy, rigor and a collaborative mindset
  • SAP certification is a plus
  • Occasional travel required depending on assignments
  • Fluent English to operate in an international environment
