About the role
- Define and drive delaware France's Dev & Ops vision: tooling, standards, methodologies
- Manage the domain's P&L and ensure its profitability
- Lead a team of 40 people (Architects, Cloud/DevOps Engineers, SREs, developers), including 3 direct managers
- Structure and industrialize our practices: automation, pipelines, monitoring, cloud governance
- Ensure delivery excellence on projects (SAP, cloud, data, app services)
- Develop the Dev & Ops offering: market positioning, go-to-market, technology partnerships
- Support team growth: recruiting, coaching, upskilling
- Manage nearshore and offshore models to optimize operational efficiency
Requirements
- Technical SAP expertise with hands-on project experience: ABAP, S/4HANA, Fiori, BTP, etc.
- Proven experience in team management and leadership
- Good understanding of delivery challenges and operational resource management, including nearshore and offshore
- Strategic vision
- Strong convictions about technologies and integration methods in SAP contexts
- Natural leadership and proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Planning skills to manage P&L and domain evolution
- Strong communication skills and persuasive ability
- Team-building mindset to motivate and develop colleagues
- Occasional mobility required depending on assignments
- Fluent English for operating in an international environment
