Customer Success Manager

• Support with the implementation of an expanded CRM system
• Assist with operational customer support (email, phone, CRM)
• Structured documentation in our CRM system (Pipedrive)
• Analyze recurring issues and identify opportunities for optimization
• Contribute to the development and improvement of our complaints management
• Create and optimize standard processes and communication guidelines
• Support KPI tracking in Customer Success (e.g. response times, satisfaction, escalation rates)

Bookkeeper

• Deliver instruction in: financial accounting (basic and advanced), taxation, and DATEV (posting entries, document booking, reports, practical application)
• Present practical, real-world case studies
• Prepare teaching materials and exercises
• Document teaching activities in accordance with internal quality standards
• Contribute to the continuous quality development of the instruction and the internal instructor team
