About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support with the implementation of an expanded CRM system
- Assist with operational customer support (email, phone, CRM)
- Structured documentation in our CRM system (Pipedrive)
- Analyze recurring issues and identify opportunities for optimization
- Contribute to the development and improvement of our complaints management
- Create and optimize standard processes and communication guidelines
- Support KPI tracking in Customer Success (e.g. response times, satisfaction, escalation rates)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Business Psychology or a comparable field
- Mandatory internship as part of your studies
- Analytical thinking and structured working style
- Very good written communication skills
- Interest in process optimization and service quality
