About the role
- Partner with product teams to understand upcoming platform releases and assess user impact
- Plan and manage communications related to feature updates, platform changes, and release announcements
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to support change readiness and adoption
- Identify stakeholder groups and tailor messaging to support effective communication and engagement
- Review and optimize communication channels used to reach internal and external audiences
- Support enablement efforts by helping coordinate messaging, materials, and release communications
- Track progress across change initiatives and help ensure successful rollout of platform updates
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in change management, program management, or project management roles
- Experience supporting large scale platform or system rollouts
- Strong understanding of change management and communications strategies
- Experience working with cross functional teams including product, operations, and technical stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in both technical and business focused environments
- Background in communications and enablement is a plus.
