About the role
- Overall responsibility for people, culture, and organizational development at the association level
- Strategic design and management of DEHIB’s volunteer architecture
- Develop structures for recruiting, selection, appointment and onboarding
- Design and implement training and development programs for volunteers
- Define and enforce culture, performance, and integrity standards
- Provide strategic HR and organizational guidance to the federal board on all personnel and organization-related matters
- Structure committees, working groups, and mandate-based work in accordance with the GVP (distribution-of-duties plan)
Requirements
- Experience in HR, People & Culture, organizational development, or leadership
- Strategic thinking and the ability to build sustainable structures
- High level of personal accountability, resilience, and perseverance
- Strong intrinsic motivation and an understanding of high-level volunteer work
- Reliability, clarity, and strong execution skills
- Willingness to take responsibility during setup and transition phases
