About the role

  • Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations from kickoff through go-live
  • Partner with client stakeholders to define implementation roadmaps
  • Design scalable platform configurations across Degreed components
  • Facilitate discovery workshops to define AI use cases
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations or consulting engagements
  • 3+ years working directly with enterprise clients in a Professional Services or Implementation capacity
  • Strong understanding of learning ecosystems (LMS, LXP, content providers, skills platforms, HRIS)
  • Experienced implementing AI-enabled SaaS features
  • Solid experience with SaaS configuration, integrations, SSO, and data workflows
