About the role
- Strategic sparring partner to the CEO on organizational and people-related matters
- Build an organizational architecture with clearly defined roles, responsibilities and decision-making paths
- Develop the first and second management levels through leadership coaching
- Stabilize the organization during growth phases by resolving conflicts and establishing clear escalation mechanisms
- Design and implement a company-wide performance management system with clear goal-setting and identification of performance gaps
- Introduce binding feedback, review, and decision-making cycles across all levels
- Lead and scale the recruiting team according to clearly defined KPI models, with overall responsibility for leadership hiring and critical key positions
- People KPI reporting for investors and the board
Requirements
- Several years of experience as VP/Head of People or Head of HR
- Proven track record building scalable organizational and performance structures in a VC-funded B2B scale-up
- Experience building and leading recruiting teams and in leadership hiring
- Work experience in high-performance environments with fast delivery cycles
- Comfortable interacting with investors and management boards
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong decision-making ability and assertiveness
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach
