About the role
- Coordinate national and international defence tenders in close collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Legal, Finance and Project Management
- Analyze and evaluate tenders for feasibility, compliance and fit with the company portfolio
- Ensure governance and compliance, including internal processes, quality standards and export control requirements
- Centrally consolidate and provide all tender-related data across departments
- Manage procurement portals and tender frameworks to support the sales organization in a structured manner
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in tender/bid management within the defence or aerospace industry
- Strong knowledge of export control regulations and relevant compliance requirements
- Fluent English; German language skills are an advantage
- High attention to detail and the ability to work in a structured way under tight deadlines
- Proficient with MS Office and tender management tools
