About the role

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities that align with our target customer profile for Deepnote's collaborative data science platform.
  • Develop and maintain strong connections with potential and existing clients to ensure success.
  • Comprehend client needs and effectively communicate how Deepnote's solutions address them.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to relay market feedback and refine our offerings.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Demonstrate ingenuity in reaching out to customers who can benefit from Deepnote’s offerings.
  • Be the face of Deepnote at industry events and conferences, showcasing our product and brand effectively.
  • Track and report the number of opportunities created and meetings set to our head of sales.

Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B software sales, especially in data, BI, analytics, or related fields.
  • Native or near-native English proficiency.
  • Stellar communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Basic SQL and Python skills.
  • Familiarity with data science and tech concepts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with notebooks, visualizations, BI tools, or data pipelines.
