About the role
- Help customers evaluate, adopt, and expand Deepnote by translating technical requirements into practical solutions
- Guide data teams through architecture discussions, product onboarding, proof of concepts, and ongoing technical partnership
- Solve real technical problems with customers
- Build trust with clients by understanding complex environments
- Translate technical features into real value for customers
- Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, customer success, and leadership to solve problems
Requirements
- You are comfortable working directly with technical customers
- You are technically fluent
- You enjoy problem-solving in live customer situations
- You understand the daily pain of data practitioners
- You know how to connect product capabilities to customer outcomes
- You build momentum across teams
- You thrive in fast-moving environments
- You actively contribute to a kind, feedback-heavy culture
- Hands-on experience with Python or SQL (Bonus)
- Experience working with technical customers in SaaS (Bonus)
- Experience with customer onboarding, solutions engineering, or technical account management (Bonus)
- Familiarity with notebook tools like Jupyter, Databricks, Hex, or similar platforms (Bonus)
- Experience supporting data, analytics, or machine learning teams (Bonus)
