About the role
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of seven outbound SDRs across the EMEA region
- Spend a significant portion of your time coaching — on calls, in role-plays, in deal reviews, and in structured 1:1s
- Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and genuine career progression
- Define and execute the outbound strategy for your EMEA team
- Work closely with Marketing and Field Marketing to align on campaigns
- Monitor, analyse, and act on team performance data
- Manage the operational rhythm of the team
- Partner with EMEA Sales leadership to align territory strategy
Requirements
- Substantial experience in an SDR or Sales Development Management role
- A genuine passion for coaching and developing people
- Deep understanding of outbound sales development
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, to native-level English standard
- Proven ability to use data and performance metrics to drive coaching decisions
- Experience working in an international, fast-paced SaaS or technology business
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Salesloft (or equivalent sales engagement platforms)
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
