About the role

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of seven outbound SDRs across the EMEA region
  • Spend a significant portion of your time coaching — on calls, in role-plays, in deal reviews, and in structured 1:1s
  • Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and genuine career progression
  • Define and execute the outbound strategy for your EMEA team
  • Work closely with Marketing and Field Marketing to align on campaigns
  • Monitor, analyse, and act on team performance data
  • Manage the operational rhythm of the team
  • Partner with EMEA Sales leadership to align territory strategy

Requirements

  • Substantial experience in an SDR or Sales Development Management role
  • A genuine passion for coaching and developing people
  • Deep understanding of outbound sales development
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, to native-level English standard
  • Proven ability to use data and performance metrics to drive coaching decisions
  • Experience working in an international, fast-paced SaaS or technology business
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Salesloft (or equivalent sales engagement platforms)
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
