About the role
- Define, maintain, and evolve key go-to-market pipelines related to inbound leads, trials, MQLs, SQLs, and SDR-sourced opportunities.
- Analyse inbound lead and trial performance to understand quality, conversion rates, time-to-qualification, and downstream revenue impact.
- Partner with SDR leadership to analyse activity, conversion, and throughput across the SDR funnel.
- Diagnose friction points and drop-offs in the funnel, including stage conversion, deal velocity, and average deal size.
- Build and maintain dashboards that communicate marketing and SDR performance to the COO, CRO, CMO, and GTM leadership.
- Move beyond reporting to make concrete recommendations that help build more qualified pipeline, increase average deal size, and optimise the SDR → AE handover.
- Act as a thought partner to senior GTM leaders, helping shape questions, define success metrics, and evaluate trade-offs.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in revenue analytics, marketing analytics, sales analytics, or GTM operations.
- Advanced SQL proficiency, including complex joins, window functions, and performance optimisation.
- Strong experience with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Metabase, Looker) and executive-level reporting.
- Experience defining funnel metrics, pipeline models, and stage-based performance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of how marketing and SDR activity translates into pipeline and revenue.
