About the role
- Own the UK marketing roadmap
- Adapt global campaigns for the UK market
- Act as a strategic peer to UK Sales leadership
- Design and execute high-touch UK events and digital programs
- Manage end-to-end lead flow
- Lead Account-Based Marketing initiatives
- Co-design marketing programs with key technology and integration partners
- Track and optimize partner-influenced pipeline and joint campaign ROI
- Use Salesforce/HubSpot to report on ROI
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience
- 4+ years in regional, field, demand generation, or partner marketing roles targeting enterprise buyers
- Proven success working with enterprise sales teams and channel or alliance partners
- Strong experience with ABM, regional campaigns, and partner-led demand generation
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, and analytics tools
- Willingness to travel within the UK
