About the role
- Develop and execute targeted account plans to meet and exceed annual growth objectives
- Serve as a trusted partner to clients by identifying their challenges and operational needs
- Coordinate enterprise account sales in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Delivery, Marketing, Product)
- Create high-impact presentations/demos and develop structured proposals
- Ensure smooth client onboarding and drive long-term customer success.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of B2B sales experience within the construction and/or public works sector
- Experience in complex SaaS sales is a strong plus
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and to acquire strategic accounts, in France and internationally
- Affinity or experience in Real Estate, PropTech, or Sustainability is a differentiating advantage
- Autonomy, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a demanding entrepreneurial environment
- Fluent English (written and spoken) to support our global ambitions
- A genuine interest in environmental issues and the transformation of the construction and real estate sectors.
