Chief Marketing Officer

• You will be responsible for transforming our marketing team into a coherent system, sitting on the leadership team to set strategy while remaining a 'player-coach.'
• You will own the brand and positioning for a niche, relationship-driven audience, ensuring that every function—from Growth to Content—pulls in the same direction to define the AI-powered IP category.
• Ship enablement materials that move the needle on win rates and deal cycles, ensuring talk tracks are consistent across the Sales team.
• Build DeepIP’s brand through practitioner LinkedIn presence, conference placements, and a distinctive POV on AI's transformation of IP.
• Identify and activate practitioner influencers for an advisory board and execute targeted account-based programs for Tier 1 targets.
• Manage and coach a team of four (Growth, Content, GTM Engineering) and define clear hand-offs between brand/ABM and demand gen.
• Set the internal standard for AI usage in marketing workflows to keep the function lean, fast, and high-leverage.
