About the role

  • Design and maintain intake and discovery frameworks so that scoping and approval are structured and repeatable
  • Own the release calendar and act as the operational lead for GA releases across Product, Product Marketing, Engineering, and Support
  • Partner with Product Marketing to establish beta program frameworks covering eligibility, feedback collection, and handoff to GA
  • Define and standardize post-launch success measurement: KPI frameworks, instrumentation checklists, and post-launch reviews
  • Manage roadmap hygiene: track priority changes, document rationale, and keep downstream teams informed when direction shifts
  • Support quarterly and semi-annual planning cycles by coordinating inputs and tracking goal progress across the PM team
  • Own internal product communications including release notes, monthly updates, and stakeholder communications to commercial and client success teams
  • Support key product cadences including the 6 Week Product Line meetings with prep materials, agenda management, and action item tracking
  • Own the Product org's documentation: PRDs, decision logs, post-mortems, and process guides
  • Build and maintain templates and playbooks that reduce rework and raise consistency across the team
  • Administer and optimize the product tool stack (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and build dashboards that give leadership visibility into portfolio health
  • Manage software capitalization tracking in compliance with finance requirements
  • Support PM onboarding so new hires ramp quickly on processes and tools
  • Aggregate customer feedback from support tickets, NPS, sales calls, and user research into a structured, accessible repository
  • Maintain a competitive tracking process and surface relevant market developments to the team on a regular cadence

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, or a closely adjacent role (TPM, Product Management, Business Operations) at a B2B SaaS or tech company
  • Strong command of Jira and product tooling, including dashboards, workflows, and automations
  • Cross-functional experience working with Product Marketing, Engineering, and Finance
  • Excellent written communication skills; able to turn ambiguous requirements into clean process documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to build systems and frameworks, not just manage tasks
  • Comfortable in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and structure has to be earned
  • Familiarity with software capitalization (ASC 350-40) in a SaaS context nice to have
  • Experience coordinating tiered release strategies alongside Product Marketing
  • Background in Agile/Scrum environments a plus
  • Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, fintech, or similar) where compliance is embedded in the development process
Benefits
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • 401K match program
  • Unlimited PTO policy and paid holidays
  • Remote friendly culture with flexible work options
  • Career development and advanced education support
  • WFH and internet stipends
