About the role

  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that align content, brand, demand generation, and ABM objectives
  • Ensure messaging and creative are consistent across channels and touchpoints
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (content, brand, sales, revenue) to support campaign timelines and deliverables
  • Support and follow established campaign and UTM structures within HubSpot
  • Help maintain an integrated marketing calendar to ensure consistent and timely execution
  • Assist and collaborate with partner agencies on multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline
  • Support paid media campaigns by coordinating creative assets, messaging, and landing pages
  • Support ABM programs for priority accounts, including list management, campaign setup, and reporting
  • Execute email campaigns including content, QA, deployment, and basic optimization
  • Support testing initiatives (subject lines, messaging, CTAs) and performance tracking
  • Pull and organize campaign performance data from marketing platforms and CRM tools
  • Support reporting, dashboard updates, and data hygiene efforts

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B integrated marketing, marketing operations, email marketing, or content marketing
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Writing is a plus!
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with content, brand, sales, and revenue teams
  • Data-driven mindset with interest in learning how to analyze and optimize campaign performance
  • A collaborative, proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with an ability to make an immediate impact
  • Passionate about building scalable marketing programs and amplifying compelling brand stories
