About the role
- Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns that align content, brand, demand generation, and ABM objectives
- Ensure messaging and creative are consistent across channels and touchpoints
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (content, brand, sales, revenue) to support campaign timelines and deliverables
- Support and follow established campaign and UTM structures within HubSpot
- Help maintain an integrated marketing calendar to ensure consistent and timely execution
- Assist and collaborate with partner agencies on multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline
- Support paid media campaigns by coordinating creative assets, messaging, and landing pages
- Support ABM programs for priority accounts, including list management, campaign setup, and reporting
- Execute email campaigns including content, QA, deployment, and basic optimization
- Support testing initiatives (subject lines, messaging, CTAs) and performance tracking
- Pull and organize campaign performance data from marketing platforms and CRM tools
- Support reporting, dashboard updates, and data hygiene efforts
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B integrated marketing, marketing operations, email marketing, or content marketing
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools
- Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Writing is a plus!
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with content, brand, sales, and revenue teams
- Data-driven mindset with interest in learning how to analyze and optimize campaign performance
- A collaborative, proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with an ability to make an immediate impact
