Requirements

German-qualified lawyer with experience at a top-tier law firm, combined with in-house experience within a technology or SaaS environment.
Experience negotiating commercial SaaS contracts in DACH region.
Experience advising on privacy and data protection matters (including GDPR) and an understanding of legal issues arising from the use and deployment of AI technologies.
Comfortable switching between high-level strategic advice and detailed, hands-on execution.
Experience working across jurisdictions and with international teams.
A collaborative team player with a positive outlook, good judgment.
Pragmatic, commercially minded and confident operating in environments where pace and change are constants.
