About the role
- Drive sales and expand the client base within the SMB segment
- Identify potential clients and build relationships
- Deliver tailored solutions that meet SMB client needs
- Represent and demonstrate the value of Deel to prospects and existing customers
- Build and develop relationships to create opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
- Research and qualify client requirements to find solutions
- Work closely with the SDR team and maintain an accurate, healthy pipeline
- Communicate and build relationships with Marketing, Customer Success and Senior Leadership
- Ensure CRM system is well maintained and updated
- Attend industry events in person to build relationships in the HR Tech/FinTech and Payroll ecosystem
- Report to the Manager of SMB and contribute to acquiring new business and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Geographically based in the (specific region)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an AE with SMB experience at a unicorn startup or tech company
- Must have experience selling SaaS technologies
- Highly personable with great communication skills
- Can breakdown complicated matters and explain them simply
- Quick with numbers, and obsessive over delivering a world-class service
- Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
- Able to speak, read, and write English fluently
- Authorization to work in the country of residence (applicants must enter country and work-authorization details)
