About the role

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding HR and employment matters within the PEO framework. Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and compliance.
  • Partner with clients to align their business objectives with people strategies. Develop and implement HR initiatives that drive employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
  • Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and programs are compliant with local labor laws and regulations in countries where clients operate. Assist clients in managing complex HR issues such as terminations, layoffs, and labor disputes.
  • Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle within the PEO service, including onboarding, performance reviews, compensation planning, and offboarding.
  • Leverage HR data to provide insights to clients and internal teams, enabling better decision-making around talent management, employee engagement, and workforce optimization.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including Legal, Payroll, Benefits, and Operations, to ensure a seamless PEO experience for clients. Provide support during client onboarding and transitions.
  • Support clients in designing and implementing talent development programs, including leadership development, career pathing, and employee growth initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor during times of organizational change, helping clients manage restructures, mergers, or other significant shifts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably within a PEO, global HR consulting, or similar environment. Strong understanding of global HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
  • Experience working with international clients and a deep understanding of the challenges of managing a distributed workforce.
  • Proven track record in partnering with senior leadership and driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly with complex employee relations and compliance issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex HR concepts to various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, HR data analytics, and payroll platforms. Experience with Deel’s platform is a plus.
