About the role

  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
  • Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell and cross-sell using cross-departmental expertise as primary resources
  • Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfilment
  • Proactively engage cross-functionally to bring new product development, client engagement and competitive intelligence strategies to the larger team
  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate SFDC data: accounts, opportunities, pipeline and forecasts
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
  • Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, specifically within mid-market account management or a similar role focused on expansion.
  • Proven ability to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in mid-market organizations.
  • Experience using a consultative approach to understand client needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of effectively conveying ideas and engaging with clients.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems and data analysis to track account performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and understanding client challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including customer success, marketing, and product development.
  • Fully proficient in French and English
  • Extensive experience managing b2b clients and expanding the business footprint within the France and Benelux region
