About the role
- Own the SAP EMEA relationship: engagements, leads, governance, GTM, and executive/field alignment.
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline via SAP and SAP ecosystem motions.
- Identify, recruit, and activate strategic SAP ecosystem partners (SIs, AMS, specialist partners).
- Build and execute joint GTM plans focused on the SAP customer base, with emphasis on DACH.
- Support deal strategy and alignment with SAP sellers and internal sales teams.
- Act as business owner for SAP integrations and technical enhancements, partnering with Product and Tech.
- Establish clear operating cadence, reporting, and performance tracking.
Requirements
- 7–12+ years experience in SAP partnerships / alliances or SAP ecosystem roles.
- Deep understanding of SAP, its field structure, and partner ecosystem.
- Proven track record of building GTM motions that drive pipeline and revenue.
- Commercial, structured, and credible with senior stakeholders.
