About the role

  • Monitoring and managing end-of-life inventory across all Hofy locations.
  • Executing clearance activities promptly and ensuring all related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Overseeing Deel IT’s Asset Clearance service, supporting both Deel IT-owned and customer-owned inventory.
  • Sourcing, evaluating, and managing global asset clearance vendors.
  • Liaising with customers to coordinate clearance activities, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Maintaining a detailed and regularly updated database of vendors, quotes, and market pricing.
  • Ensuring inventory levels meet targets for each location, balancing supply and demand effectively.
  • Verifying inventory readiness, ensuring items meet the standards of sale.
  • Implementing and maintaining inventory policies and processes to optimize operations.
  • Creating and distributing detailed reports on inventory, clearance activities, and vendor performance.
  • Maintaining organized records of transactions, processes, and communications.

Requirements

  • Strong communicator, able to engage effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Adaptable, quick to adjust priorities in a fast-changing environment.
  • Analytical with strong numerical skills and proficiency in Excel/Sheets for data analysis and process improvement.
  • Solution-oriented problem solver, able to tackle challenges effectively.
